Warrant Arrest – Drinking Alcohol in Public – Arrested

2200 Taraval St
Officers observed a subject drinking from an open beer can. A computer check on the subject revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.

Battery – Cited
10:06 am
1600 40th Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim told the officers that she had just observed the suspect, who had assaulted her a few days ago, going into a nearby home. Officers arrived at the house and made contact with the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Judah St & 44th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The witness reported that the suspect who had committed a sexual battery the previous night, was currently back in the same area. Responding officers located the suspect and made contact with the victim, who proceeded to positively identified the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Robbery
2:30 am
Grafton Ave & Ashton Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he was walking when a vehicle past by him and suddenly made a u-turn. Two suspects exited the vehicle and immediately started hitting the victim while demanding his property. The suspects grabbed the victim’s property before getting back into their car and fled the scene. 

Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a known suspect violating a restraining order. The victim reported that the suspect was standing in front of his business staring at him, despite the restraining order citing a distance of 50 yards away from the business. Responding officers located the suspect a few blocks away. After further investigation, th suspect was arrested.

Tenderloin District
The TNT team received information on a suspect who had previously stolen a cell phone and a bicycle. The TNT went to the areas that the suspect frequently visited and located the suspect who was using the stolen cell phone. The bicycle was also later located. The suspect was arrested.
