Stay Away Order Violation – Trespassing – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Parkmerced security reported that they had received numerous calls indicating that a vacant apartment unit was being occupied. Responding officers arrived, just as the suspect was walking out of the unit in question. The suspect stated that apartment door had been open when he walked by and he walked inside and spent the last three days there. A search of the suspect located two boxes of ammunition and a computer search revealed that the suspect had a stay away order that prohibited the possession of ammunition. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a missing juvenile from Montana. Responding officers searched the area and located the victim inside a van and two suspects. Initial investigation determined that the victim may have been coerced into going with the suspects. The investigation will be ongoing in conjunction with the Montana Police department. The two suspects were arrested.
