Battery – Arrested
7:07 pm

Officers responded to a report to meet with a citizen. The suspect stated that he wanted to collect his personal items from the victim, but wished to do so in the officers presence because the victim had a tendency to make battery claims against him. When the officers approached the victim to question the statement, the victim claimed that there hadn’t been any incidents. However, while the suspect was picking up his items, the victim questioned the suspect directly about calling the police and a heated exchange ensued.
