The victim entered Taraval Station to report that an ex employee had hit him. The victim stated that he was walking when the suspect stopped his truck next to him and began yelling at him. The suspect attempted to strike the victim with a tire iron but the victim removed it from the suspect’s hands. The suspect then punched the victim’s face before driving half a block away to his house and returning with a golf club before advancing towards the victim. A witness intervened at that point and the victim walked away from the suspect.
