Officers responded to a report of a person on a sidewalk who was yelling at pedestrians as they walked by. Responding officers located and made contact with the subject. A computer check on the person revealed he had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.

2300 Noriega St
Officers responded to a fight in the parking lot of a Safeway store. The victim, a security guard, observed a known shoplifter attempting to enter the store. The victim approached the suspect and stated that they were not allowed to enter the store. The suspect angrily slapped the victim on his face before turning around and entering a waiting vehicle which immediately fled the location.
