Officers were conducting speed enforcement on 19th Ave when they observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. LIDAR determined that the driver was traveling at 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.
