Marijuana Offense

Officers responded to a report of a suspicious package that might contain drugs. The witness, a store employee, reported that the suspect had walked into the store to mail a package. The suspect stated that the package contained clothing and needed to be mailed overnight. Because it was store policy to open any suspicious packages before shipping, a search of the package revealed that there was marijuana in the box.
