Traffic Violation – Suspended License – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver had also been cited previously for the same violation.  The driver was cited and the vehicle towed.

Battery – Cited
1:12 am
800 Irving St
Officer responded a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was with her boyfriend and had started dancing when the suspect approached her from behind and slapped her on her back side. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, cited him. 

Domestic Violence
On incident of domestic violence; the suspect was arrested.
