Vandalism to Property – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a vandalism incident. The witness reported that the suspect was observed breaking a cafe’s windows. The victim stated that the suspect was yelling obscenities and banged on the cafe’s windows until it shattered. Responding officers located the suspect several blocks away from the cafe and observed that he was bleeding from his forearm and hand. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
