Driving While Under The Influence – No License Issued – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a driver who was asleep in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect, who was unresponsive to verbal commands, in a vehicle that was still in drive and idling. Shortly afterwards, the officers were successful in making contact with the suspect. The suspect admitted to smoking marijuana approximately seven hours ago in Pacificia and was driving to her friend’s house in San Bruno but did not recall how or why she ended up in San Francisco. After further testing and investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that did not have a license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver had also been cited previously for driving on a suspended license. The driver was cited and his vehicle was towed.
