Discharging a Firearm

Officers responded to a report of shots being fired. A witness reported that the suspect had discharged multiple shots from a vehicle’s sunroof. The suspect’s vehicle then crashed into another vehicle. The officers located the vehicle in question and detained the occupants but a search of the vehicle and surrounding area did not locate any weapons. Despite the presence of several other witnesses in the area, none were willing to talk to the officers about the incident.
