Driving While Under the Influence – Traffic Violation – Arrested

An officer observed a vehicle drive through two red lights and conducted a traffic stop while back up units arrived on scene. The officer made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. The driver then failed a field sobriety test. After further investigation, the driver was arrested.
Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. The victim stated that despite a stay away order, the suspect was observed walking up to the victim’s property and ringing the doorbell. The suspect, who was known to the officers, was located and detained. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Robbery

100 Aptos Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he and his friends were standing near the swings in a playground when they were approached by three suspects. One of the suspects demanded the victims’ property, which the victims fearfully handed to the suspect. Immediately afterwards, all three suspects fled the area.
