Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a known suspect who had just violated a restraining order. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who was standing in front of the victim’s house despite the restraining order. The suspect was arrested.
Assault – Arrest

1800 40th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a fight between siblings. Responding officers investigated the incident and determined that the suspect had hit the victim over the head with a lamp. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Battery
9:56 am
1000 Quintara St
Officers responded to a battery. The victim, a shop keeper, stated that the suspect had picked out and purchased flowers. However, after the flowers had been cut and wrapped, the suspect then stated that the flowers were not to his liking and asked for a discount after paying for them. The victim declined to give a discount and the suspect responded by selected another bundle of flowers and walked away with them instead. The victim attempted to stop the suspect but was pushed away. The suspect then fled the area.
