Possession of Burglary Tools – Theft from a Vehicle – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle. The witness stated that she observed two suspects take a ladder from a parked pickup truck and walk towards a nearby supermarket with it. Responding officers located the ladder, which was leaning against a wall and detained a total of four people who were in the area. Two of the people were hiding nearby with one by the pickup truck and the second beside a trash dumpster. The third and fourth were in a vehicle, near the supermarket. A search of the vehicle revealed multiple burglary tools such as bolt cutters, a hacksaw and a pry bar. After further investigation, the two suspects inside the vehicle were cited. It was also determined that the two people outside by the truck and dumpster were not associated with the incident and were released.
Violation of Stay Away Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an intruder attempting to enter a home. The victim stated that the suspect had attempted, on multiple occasions, to enter the home despite a stay away order. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
