Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she had asked the suspect to leave a private parking area after discovering him there. The suspect responded angrily and yelled at the victim before he spat at her and left the area.  

Traffic Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

Lake Merced Blvd & Winston Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle which had it’s license plate obscured by a tow hitch. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license expired. The driver also had a history of multiple citations for driving without a license. The driver was cited and his vehicle towed.

Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was sitting in his vehicle when he observed the suspect talking to himself. Shortly after, the suspect grabbed a golf club and went to the victim’s vehicle and told the victim to exit his vehicle. The victim refused and the suspect walked away. The victim then exited his vehicle and the suspect suddenly charged at him with the golf club in an attempt to hit the victim with it. The victim used pepper spray in self defense and the suspect walked away. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.  

Stolen Vehicle – Driving under the Influence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was driving a stolen tractor. Responding officers located the suspect, who was still on the tractor and instructed him to turn off the tractor. The suspect complied and then narrowly missed falling off of the tractor while attempting to step off of it. The suspect, who was determined to be intoxicated, stated that he had found the keys inside the tractor. After viewing security footage and further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
