Officers were on patrol in the area when they heard an unusually loud sound of an engine revving up. The officers then observed a vehicle run through a posted stop sign and proceed into the crosswalk without slowing down. The officers followed the vehicle and observed an additional five traffic violations committed by the driver. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test. After further investigations and test, the driver was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery between a landlord and a tenant. The victim reported that he had met with his landlord earlier to discuss the living conditions. The victim stated that an argument ensued and the suspect, the landlord, had grabbed his shirt and ripped it. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
