Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a known suspect who had an arrest warrant. The officers detained the suspect and confirmed the warrant. The suspect was arrested.

The victim entered Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim, a dog walker, stated that she was working with a client’s dog while waiting for her aunt when the suspect walked up to her and started to record her on a cell phone. The suspect claimed that the victim was mistreating the dog. The victim pushed the suspect’s phone away and the suspect responded by punching and kicking the victim.
