Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been sitting in his parked vehicle when the suspect approached him and started to yell at him. The suspect then kicked the victim’s vehicle, which did not cause any damage to the vehicle. The victim exited the vehicle and confronted the suspect. The suspect responded by punching the victim twice. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
