Officers responded to a report of an incident of battery. The victim reported that the suspect had walked into the store and began to immediately look for a bathroom. The victim requested that the suspect leave but the suspect responded angrily and threw a package of cigarettes at her. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited.
