Please see attached photos of the Outer Noriega Merchants Association’s “Safe and Slow” pedestrian campaign this summer. These are students from the Sunset Beacon Summer Program who helped create awareness to drivers and pedestrians at the busy and dangerous corner at 45th and Noriega. Overall we felt the campaign was a tremendous success and thank you for your help.
I also hope you stop by to see our new sidewalk gardens installed by Friends of the Urban Forest, on Noriega at 45th (east of 45h) and 46th (west of 46th). It really helps make the neighborhood more green and welcoming.
