Driving Under the Influence-Suspended Driver’s License-Arrested

Sagamore St & Capitol Ave
Officers responded to a report of a drunk driver. The driver had stopped in a unobstructed traffic lane and slumped over the steering wheel. Officers determined the driver was under the influence. A record check also revealed the driver’s license was suspended. He was arrested for the above violations.

Irving St & 27th Ave
A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. She was sitting in the back of her friend’s car when a suspect got into the driver’s seat & drove away. When the suspect realized the woman was in the backseat, he told her he had permission from the vehicle’s owner to drive to a corner. The suspect stopped the vehicle, exited, and fled. The woman realized the suspect took her belongings that were resting on the armrest before fleeing.
Suspect – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 6’00” tall :: 200 lbs :: black hair :: LSW black fedora hat, dark clothes

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw on surveillance footage two suspects grab merchandise items and flee the store without paying for them.
Suspect #1 Black male :: 18-20 years :: 5’10” tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair :: LSW gray/black/white pattern long sleeve shirt, matching pattern pants, possibly wearing pajamas, black and white shoes
Suspect #2 Hispanic male :: 18-20 years :: 5’10” tall :: 150 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW red T shirt, black pants, red shoes

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. An unknown suspect used her debit card information to make unauthorized purchases. She found out what happened when she went to her bank and she tried to cancel her debit cards.

Restraining Order Violation

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. A school staff member was confronted by a suspect whom had a restraining order against her by the school member. The suspect came within the distance in violation of the order and made threatening remarks at the staff member. Suspect then fled.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A woman’s neighbor repeatedly called her regarding a medication. The neighbor allegedly had a mental condition.

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She had received a bill from a merchant. An unknown suspect had used her identity to open an account with the merchant without the victim’s permission.

Theft

Lincoln Wy & Great Hwy
A woman reported a theft of her belongings. She left them locked and secured. Upon return they were gone. She did not indicate whether there was any sign of force used to take her belongings.

Officers responded to a report of an assault. A child alleged a tutor assaulted him. Child Protective Services (CPS) was notified.

1200 19th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Further investigation revealed an attempted shoplifting occurred. A suspect tried to exit a store with concealed merchandise items that he did not pay for. An employee confronted him and the suspect inferred he had a gun. The employee forcibly retrieved the concealed merchandise from the suspect. The suspect then fled.
Suspect – Asian male :: 24-25 years :: 6’5” tall :: 150 lbs :: short dark hair :: dark colored eyes :: dark complexion :: skinny :: LSW facial hair, injured bloody lip, black/white baseball cap, black/grey hoodie, khaki pants, black shoes
