A woman reported an unknown suspect painted graffiti on an outdoor sign.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He received a message from his tax preparer that an unknown suspect used his identity without permission to file a tax return.

Arson

Officers responded to a report of arson at an apartment complex. An arson investigator was also on scene. An apartment staff member noticed smoke & saw flames from a dumpster. There had been previous reports of trash dumpsters on fire at the complex. Firefighters had successfully put the fires out.

Stay Away Order Violation

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. A known suspect walked into a public pool facility in violation of a restraining order. He was escorted out by a staff member.
Suspect – White male :: 36 years :: 6’0” tall :: 100 lbs :: brown hair :: blue eyes :: LSW purple dress shirt, white pants

A man reported an unknown suspect used his credit card information to make unauthorized purchases.

Threat

1200 Taraval St
A man walked into Taraval Station to report a threat. He was approached by a suspect who blamed the man for having a known homeless man ‘kicked-out’ of the neighborhood. The suspect threatened to harm the man before the man left the scene.
Suspect – White male :: 60-69 years :: 5’10” tall :: 180 lbs :: black hair :: LSW cream colored “SF Giants” jersey over long sleeve shirt, black baseball cap

Officers were flagged down by a person who reported a suspicious man soliciting work. Officers contacted the man. A record check revealed the man had warrants for his arrest. He was arrested for the warrants.

A man walked into Taraval Station to report a battery. He was riding on a MUNI street train when an another passenger spat on him without provocation. The suspect then exited & fled.
Suspect – White male :: 35-40 years :: 5’10” tall :: 180 lbs :: brown wavy hair :: LSW wearing sunglasses, ‘Derby’ type jacket, blue jeans

Theft

29th Ave & Lawton St
A woman reported an unknown suspect took her belonging that was in her back pocket. She was at a recreation center & the last time she saw her belonging was in her back pocket. When she reached for it, the belonging was missing.

Threat-Arrested

1100 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of a threat suspect there now. The suspect had been reported earlier in the day for making threats to harm a person. The person placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest for making threats to harm. A record check revealed the suspect had an arrest warrant. He was also arrested for the warrant.

Vandalism to Vehicle-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle. A suspect was detained. Witnesses positively identified the suspect. He was therefore arrested for vandalizing a vehicle.
