An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle with the reflective layer of it’s license plate peeled off. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he only have a learner’s permit. The driver was cited.

An officer was patrolling when he observed a vehicle without front or rear license plate. The officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver stated that he was never issued a license. The driver was cited.

2000 20th Ave
School resource officers received numerous complaints about students hanging out in front of an abandoned building. Officers were sent out and drove by the abandoned building. They located a group of students hanging out by the building instead of being in class. School security responded to the scene and determined that two of the three students were from another school. School security searched the student’s bags and located marijuana and concentrated cannabis plus materials to package them for sale. The officers contacted the student’s parents and conducted further investigations. The students was cited and released to CARC (community assessment and referral center).
