Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that she was pushed from behind while inside a bathroom by the suspect. The suspect then stole her purse and searched it for cash before fleeing through the emergency exit.
Assault

3000 San Jose Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The witness reported that the victim had just exited a 7-11 while intoxicated and shouting obscenities when he yelled at the victim and attempted to punch the witness. The witness avoided the blow and pushed the suspect out of the way, causing the victim to stumble and fall. The suspect then punched the victim before fleeing the location.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect trying to break into a residence; the suspect was banging on the gate and side window. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
Shoplifting – Resisting Arrest – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness reported that the suspect was observed removing a pocket radio and earphones from the store and attempting to exit the store with the hidden in his jacket. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, despite the suspect refusing obey lawful orders to stop. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
