Officers were conducting LIDAR enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop. Upon questioning, the driver told the officers that while he had been living in the city for over six months, he did not have a driver’s licensed and only had an international driver’s license. The driver was cited.
