Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 46th Ave & Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she asked the suspect and her boyfriend what they were talking about. Shortly after, the suspect punched and slapped the victim on her face. Upon questioning, the suspect denied a confrontation and that there was not a physical altercation. The victim declined to press charges and the suspect was advised.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect, with a known history,\u00a0violating his restraining order. The officer located the suspect, who was within 15ft of where the protected location. After the restraining\u00a0order was confirmed, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Confidential<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers conducted a well being check; both parties were not injured. The victim reported that he and the suspect had been arguing about entering an assisted living home when the suspect rammed the victim with her walker. The victim responded by slapping the suspect on her face.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 300 Arballo Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a possible domestic violence incident. The victim reported that the suspect was angry because he could not find his stash of illegal drugs and accused the victim of stealing them. Fearful, the victim called the police which caused the suspect to start throwing items at her. Upon questioning, the suspect stated that the argument occurred because he\u00a0was angry that\u00a0the victim\u00a0did not want to go out for a pizza and beer. The suspect also denied throwing anything at the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
