\n Chester Ave & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim urgently needed to urinate while at a laundromat but was unsuccessful in finding a public bathroom and urinated in the street instead. In the process, the victim accidentally urinated on to a bumper of a vehicle which caused the owner to come up from behind him and yell at him while slapping his face. The victim fell to the floor and the suspect punched and slapped the victim again. Shortly after, the suspect fled the area. T<\/span>he victim was admonished.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers received information regarding a suspect on the LRV who stood\u00a0uncomfortably close to the victim before rubbing his genitals against the victim’s shoulder and arms. Immediately after, the\u00a0suspect then exited the train.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
