Violation of Stay Away – Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:12 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Taraval St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect, with a known history, violating a\u00a0stay away order. Responding officers found the suspect approximately 60 feet away from the location listed on his\u00a0stay away order. Upon questioning, the suspect responded that he was aware of the stay away order but didn’t believe\u00a0he was in violation of it.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 19th Ave & Winston Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were conducting speed enforcement when they observed a vehicle traveling 59 mph in a 30 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended since 2014. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 19th Ave & Quintana St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that had failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 False Identification to Police \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:49 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 300 Victoria St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers conducted an investigation and determined the address of\u00a0a suspect,\u00a0who had outstanding\u00a0warrants. The officers knocked on the door and a witness answered the door. The witness confirmed that the suspect was living at the residence and directed the officers to where the suspect was sitting inside the house. The officers attempted to identify the suspect through questioning, but the suspect lied multiple times about her name. After the suspect was positively identified, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
