Upon their arrival the officers were met by a man and woman who stated that they were asleep in their bedroom and heard noises as if someone was inside the home. The man and woman went to investigate what the noise was and discovered that the front door was opened. The garage door was unlocked and opened and a table was missing from the garage. There was a lockbox with the keys to their house on the gate. The lockbox was damaged and the man and woman found the keys just beyond the front gate. The woman saw a dark colored minivan with two unknown males aboard, driving southbound. The woman was unsure if they were involved in the burglary, but thought it was suspicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary \u2013 Non-Residential \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n1000 Lake Merced Boulevard<br \/>\n5:03 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding a burglary report. Upon their arrival the officers were met by a man that stated he was a maintenance supervisor. He said that he left the workshop door locked and upon returning a few days later he found the door slightly ajar. He noticed that some tools were missing from the workshop. The lock appeared to be forced open by a tool or body weight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n23rd Avenue &amp; Pacheco Street<br \/>\n12:29 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came to Taraval Station to report vandalism to his girlfriend\u2019s vehicle. The man stated that he parked, locked and secured the vehicle in good condition. Upon returning to the vehicle he discovered that there were scratches all around the vehicle made by a sharp object. This is not the first time that this has happened to the man and his girlfriends vehicles. The man has parked in the same spot two times before and vandalism has been done to his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n28th Avenue &amp; Kirkham Street<br \/>\n3:20 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came to Taraval Station to report vandalism done to his vehicle. The man stated that he parked his vehicle in good condition and upon returning to the vehicle an unknown suspect used a sharp object to scratch his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving With a Suspended License \u2013 Speeding \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n19th Avenue &amp; Holloway<br \/>\n1:30 am<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were in full police uniform and in a marked patrol vehicle conducting traffic enforcement. A vehicle was traveling at 53 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers effected a traffic stop and made contact with the driver of the vehicle. A computer quarry revealed that the driver had a suspended driver\u2019s license. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving With a Suspended License \u2013 Expired Registration \u2013 Speeding &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n19th Avenue &amp; Eucalyptus Drive<br \/>\n10:50 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. One of the officers made contact with the driver and conducted a computer query on the vehicle. The officer discovered that the vehicle\u2019s registration was expired and the driver\u2019s license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, expired registration, and speeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft From Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n11:59 pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Irving Street &amp; 7th Avenue\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2000 Silver Acura Integra<\/p>\n<p><strong>THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forced Entry<br \/>\n2000 15th Avenue<br \/>\n9:07 am<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to the scene regarding a burglary. Upon arriving to the scene the officer was met by a man who stated that his home is under construction and that he locked and secured his home. Upon returning to the home he noticed that the front door was open and a screw to the locked was pushed out by an unknown suspect. He did a walkthrough of the home and discovered that the front door on the upper level was also open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forced Entry<br \/>\n100 Cortes Avenue<br \/>\n9:28 am<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were dispatched to the scene regarding a burglary. Upon their arrival they were met by the contractor for the construction site. The contractor stated that he left the front door locked and secured before leaving. Upon returning in the morning the contractor discovered that tools were missing from the construction site. The contractor noticed that the door to the backyard was pried open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forced Entry \u2013 Malicious Mischief<br \/>\n00 Lobos Street<br \/>\n1:49 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to the scene regarding a burglary call. Upon their arrival to the scene the officers were met by the contractor for the home. He stated that he left the home the night before locked and secured. Upon arriving at the home the next morning he discovered that the front door was pried open and the lock was damaged. The contractor walked around the vacant home and saw multiple doors kicked in. There were also walls that were damaged by a blunt object or by force.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism To Vehicle<br \/>\n19th Avenue &amp; Holloway Avenue<br \/>\n9:33 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers in full uniform and driving a marked patrol vehicle were flagged down by a citizen regarding a broken vehicle window. Upon their arrival the officers were met by a man who stated that left his apartment locked and secured when he left in the morning. Upon returning to the residence he discovered his television unplugged and sitting on the floor and items missing from the residence. There were no signs of forced entry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft From Person<br \/>\n19th Avenue &amp; Winston Drive<br \/>\n10:27 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding a theft. Upon their arrival the officers were met by a woman who stated that she was waiting on the MUNI platform. The woman was using her phone while waiting for the MUNI LRV. While the woman had her head down an unknown male suspect reached over her right shoulder and took the cell phone out of her hands. Upon their arrival the officers were met by a woman who stated that she shared a garage unit with other tenants in the building. The woman left her two bicycles locked and secured inside of the garage. Upon returning to the garage in the morning the woman discovered that her bicycles locks have been cut and the bicycles were missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Breaking Windows<br \/>\n1000 24th Avenue<br \/>\n1:29 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came to Taraval Station to report vandalism to her property. The woman stated that an unknown female suspect began banging on the kitchen window. The woman told the unknown female suspect to get off her property. The unknown female suspect then slammed her fist against the window causing it to break.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: White Female, 5\u20194\u201d, 120 lbs, between the ages of 20 \u2013 25 years old, brown hair, LSW: black coat, hat, and leggings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arson of Vehicle<br \/>\n000 Sargent Street<br \/>\n11:11 am<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer was dispatched to the scene to meet with SFFD regarding a vehicle fire. When the officer arrived on the scene there were numerous SFFD personnel on scene and the fire was already extinguished. The officer was met by a woman who stated that she and her students were walking from their classroom to the main school building. As they were walking the woman heard an explosion and saw the vehicle on fire. Upon their arrival the officers were met by a loss prevention officer. The loss prevention officer had the woman trying to shoplift in handcuffs. The loss prevention officer stated that he observed the woman walk down one of the aisles and conceal an item in her jacket pocket. The woman walked down another aisle and concealed another item off the shelf; she then walked past all open registers without attempting to pay for the items. The loss prevention officer approached the woman outside and identified himself as a loss prevention officer. The woman refused to pay for the items and pushed the loss prevention officer in attempt to flee the scene. The loss prevention officer utilized his pepper spray and sprayed the woman in the face and detained her. When the officers arrived on scene they placed the woman under arrest. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The woman was arrested and booked at Taraval Station.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrest<br \/>\n200 Winston Drive<br \/>\n5:57pm<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer in full uniform and driving a marked patrol vehicle was dispatched to the scene regarding a theft incident. Upon arriving to the scene the officer was met by a man who stated that he observed the male suspect take items off the shelf and conceal them on his person. The male suspect then walked past all open registers and exited the store. The male suspect was detained by the man and waited until police arrived. When the officer arrived on the scene, the officer ran a computer query on the man and it revealed that he had a warrant for burglary. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The man was placed under arrest for the warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Locked Vehicle \u2013 Fraudulent Use of Credit Card<br \/>\n300 Sloat Boulevard<br \/>\n4:23 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came to Taraval Station to report a theft from her vehicle. The woman stated that she parked and locked her vehicle when she went to walk her dog. Upon returning to the vehicle she discovered that an unknown suspect had smashed the front right passenger window. The woman\u2019s purse and all the contents were missing from the vehicle. The woman called her bank to cancel her credit cards but was told that an unknown suspect tried to make purchases at a department store.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possession with Knowledge of Stolen Property \u2013 Arrest<br \/>\n1000 Taraval Street<br \/>\n8:18 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer working in full police uniform and driving a marked patrol vehicle responded to a call regarding a tenant working on vehicle in the common area of the garage. The officer was met by man who is a tenant in the building. The man stated that there was a strong odor of gasoline fumes throughout the lobby of the building. As the officer was speaking to the man, an unknown male came out of the garage area and the officer came in contact with the unknown male. The officer asked the man if there were vehicles in the garage and was told yes. The officer went to check the vehicles in the garage and was told that one of the vehicles had been reported stolen. Upon arriving at the scene the officer was met by a woman who stated that two unknown male suspects made entry into the building without permission. The two unknown males entered the building through the side service entrance of the building. Employees inside the building saw the two unknown males and asked if they were part of the cleaning crew in which the two unknown males replied yes. The employees did not find it strange since the cleaning crews did not wear any kind of uniform. Upon arriving at the scene the officer was met by a woman who stated that an unknown female suspect walked into the store. Upon arriving to the scene the officers were met by a man who stated that he left his car parked on the street. Upon returning to the vehicle in the morning he went to turn on his vehicle and it made a strange and unusual noise. He went to check under his vehicle and discovered that his catalytic converter was missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving With A Suspended License \u2013 Cited<br \/>\nHolloway Avenue &amp; Victoria Street<br \/>\n10:05 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers observed a vehicle traveling northbound with a non-operating headlight. The officers effected a traffic stop and made contact with the driver of the vehicle. The officers ran a computer check on the driver and it revealed that the driver had a suspended driver\u2019s license. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lost Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1:20 pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1000 11th Avenue<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recovered Vehicle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5:27 pm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 200 Thrift Street\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2004 Green Chevrolet TBZ<\/p>\n<p><strong>TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest\u2014Arrest<br \/>\n300 Ralston Street<br \/>\n1:04 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers arrived to the last known location of a suspect with an outstanding warrant. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">They advised the suspect at the home and took him into custody without further incident. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary, Forcible Entry<br \/>\n600 Victoria Street<br \/>\n7:18 pm<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to the above location regarding a burglary. A woman returned home and discovered that her kitchen\u2019s window was opened. Items from the home were missing. The point of entry was determined to be from the kitchen\u2019s window. The exit route was determined to be from the kitchen\u2019s door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with an Expired Registration Tab-Cited<br \/>\nOcean Avenue\/ San Fernando Way<br \/>\n3:50 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer observed a vehicle with an expired registration tab and conducted a traffic stop.
