Vandalism \u2013 Resisting \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 100 Terrace Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a report of a loud argument followed by\u00a0possible shots being fired. The witness reported that she heard a loud argument and when she went to investigate, she observed the suspect hitting numerous cars with a stick.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responding officers arrived on scene and heard a\u00a0loud argument. As the officers approached, the suspect immediately attempted to flee\u00a0the location while throwing two large sticks to the ground. The officers detained the suspect. When questioned, the suspect stated that he had been drinking at a baseball game earlier and came home to an argument with his father. The caused the suspect to become angry and he started hitting his vehicle with a stick. The suspect reported that he then blacked out and was unaware of anything else that might have happened.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, it was observed\u00a0that there were at least three nearby vehicles that had their windows and headlights shattered. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 19th Ave & Buckingham Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle traveling at 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the vehicle revealed that the driver\u2019s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:56 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Gonzalez Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect masturbating in a public computer room. Officers arrived on scene and detained the suspect. The witness, a security agent, told the officers that the suspect was\u00a0known to them and had been arrested previously\u00a0for trespassing. The suspect does not live in the area. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Arson<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:50 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2400 38th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fire. The witness stated that a roommate had move out a couple days ago. The\u00a0roommate returned earlier and afterwards,\u00a0he saw that there was a\u00a0cardboard box placed\u00a0close to the side of the house that\u00a0was on fire.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1200 43rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers respond to a report of a battery. The victim reported\u00a0that she requested a ride from Uber\u00a0but at\u00a0their final location, the driver stopped and told the victim that she still owed him money before\u00a0slapping her. The victim exited the vehicle and called the police immediately afterwards. Responding officers investigated the incident and determined that the original ride from Uber had been cancelled. The victim was uncertain if the vehicle she entered was a legitimate Uber vehicle.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
