Stay Away Order \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n 1100 Taraval St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. The victim reported that a known suspect had returned and was standing in front of his store, while carrying a stick and staring straight at him. When the victim picked up the phone to call the police, the suspect immediately left. However, the suspect returned shortly afterwards and continued to stare directly at the victim through the store window. Responding officers located the suspect and after confirming the stay away order,\u00a0the suspect was arrested.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Threats \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n Lincoln Way & Funston Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of three juvenile suspects breaking a window on a bus. The bus driver told the officers that he had picked up the suspects downtown and they were burning something on the bus, so he kicked them off the bus. The victim told the officers that she was sitting in the bus stop when the suspects approached her. One of the suspects took a book from her bag. The victim did not take it back because the victim was afraid. Another suspect pulled the victims hair. A bus pulled up and the bus driver intervened. The suspect got into his bus and the bus driver also got back into the bus and closed the door. The bus driver said that another group tried to get into the bus and kicked the door causing the window to break. The bus driver opened the door and all suspect fled the scene. Officers located the suspect and as the officers approached the suspects, they flee. Officers were able to catch some of the suspects. Two suspects were arrested, one cited and three were admonished.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Responding officers arrived and located the vehicle, which was rolled over. The driver stated that he was at a concert earlier and had two alcoholic drinks. After, while driving, he collided with a traffic\u00a0island. The officers conducted a field sobriety test, which the driver failed due to an unsteady gait and difficulty maintaining his balance.\u00a0<\/span>After further testing, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
