Suspect 1 and suspect 2 reported that they had gone to a party where there were large amounts of alcohol and narcotics being consumed all night. The officers attempted to enter the apartment, but the door was locked. The officers contacted security and located suspect 3 and suspect 4, who were located inside the building. Security stated that the building was supposed to be vacant.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Two of the suspects were arrested and sent Juvenile Justice Center and the other two were cited<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2:25 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Taraval St &amp; 14th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a robbery.
