Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Traffic Violation<\/strong> – Cited<\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol and observed\u00a0a driver of a van holding a cell phone in his right hand while operating the motor vehicle, which was in\u00a0violation of 23123(a) cvc. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver which revealed that his license had been suspended.\u00a0 The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, the owner of the store, reported that she observed the suspect concealing a merchandise item. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect attempted to punch the victim twice, but missed both times. However, the\u00a0victim was\u00a0frightened\u00a0and\u00a0let the suspect flee the store without further incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
