Trespassing \u2013 Under the Influence in a Public Place \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 700 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a drunk trespasser. Responding officers located the suspect, who was leaning his head on a counter and looked asleep.\u00a0After investigating, the suspect\u00a0was determined to be intoxicated and a computer check revealed that the suspect had numerous warrants out of \u00a0<\/span>San Luis Obispo. The subject was cited for trespassing and placed in the sobering cell.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Chester Ave & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nA SIT Sergeant investigated a battery incident that had occurred previously and\u00a0obtained a warrant for the suspect\u2019s arrest. Shortly afterwards, however, the DA office informed the Sergeant that the victim refused to cooperate and therefore, the investigation would be closed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
