Assault \u2013 Attempted Homicide<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 5:48 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 300 Bright St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of shots being fired and a victim was hurt. The victim reported that he was picking up his child and was standing next to his vehicle when he heard gun shots and felt something hitting his leg. Looking down, the victim discovered that he had been shot and ran into the house for safety.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Officers and Inspectors are currently investigating this incident.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vehicle Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Winston Dr & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:48 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln Way & 41st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver was never issued a license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:28 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1300 LA Playa St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect causing a disturbance inside a caf\u00e9. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect. The witness told the officers that the suspect had been on private property and had been asked numerous times to leave but he refused. A computer check on the suspect revealed that suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
