Assault \u2013 Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 11:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Irving St & 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. Responding officers were flagged down by the suspect when they arrived. The suspect reported that he was driving<\/span>\u00a0on 7th Ave when the other party crossed over a marked divider, passed him and then veered in front of him. The suspect said he was infuriated but ignored the other party and continued toward his destination. <\/span>At his destination, the suspect stated that the other party was also present and he went to confront him. An argument ensued and the other party pushed the suspect while the other party’s passenger\u00a0attacked him from behind. The suspect stated that he responded by swinging a metal propane bottle at the other party and pushing off the other party’s passenger. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The other party reported that the suspect angrily approached them when they parked and attacked them with a propane bottle.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation and interviews with witnesses, the suspect <\/span>was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nTNT officers were in the area and on the lookout for a known suspect with an active warrant. The officers located the suspect and arrested him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
