Vehicle Collision \u2013 Driving while Intoxicated \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3:00 am<\/strong><\/span>
\n Skyline Blvd & John Muir Dr<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report a vehicle accident. Driver #1 told the officer that he was traveling on Skyline Blvd when he noticed he was heading the wrong direction and made a u-turn. However, he did not realize he was driving on the wrong direction until he saw headlights coming towards him before he collided with the vehicle. While speaking to driver #1, the officers noticed a strong smell of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. After further testing, the driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:20 pm<\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness reported that he recognized the suspect, who had a history of shoplifting in the store previously, enter the store. The witness continued to observe as the suspect selected multiple items of merchandise before walking out of the store without paying for them. Responding officers searched the<\/span>\u00a0suspect\u2019s bag and also located a mace (a metal spiked ball attached by chain to a wooden handle). <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
