Violation of Stay Away \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1100 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a violation of stay away order. The victim reported that the suspect, with a known history, was standing in front of the store which was in violation of the stay away order. The victim also stated that the suspect was holding a long, thin object which may be a knife. The victim called the police while the victim was walking away. Responding officers located the suspect near by, who was holding on to a pen. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested<\/span> for <\/span>violating the stay away order.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver also did not have proof of insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
