\n The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery incident. The victim stated that she was sitting near the front of bus on the 43 MUNI line when she heard an unknown female suspect, believed to be homeless and on drugs, yelling obscenities towards her from the back of the bus. Without warning, the victim suddenly felt a punch on her head. Immediately, the victim turned around and saw the suspect quickly exiting the bus. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting with Force \u2013 Threats \u2013 Probation Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 4:25 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1600 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to Walgreens regarding a robbery incident. The victim, an employee, reported that the suspect was observed entering the store and was immediately recognized as a previous shoplifting suspect. The victim confronted the suspect after the suspect was observed stealing merchandise. The victim told the suspect to return the merchandise to the shelf and to leave the store. The suspect responded by brandishing a knife and threatening the victim. The victim retreated to place a call to the police but the suspect ran towards him with failing arms and still holding the knife while yelling obscenities. <\/span>The suspect then left the store with the merchandise. Responding officers located the suspect, placed him in handcuffs and detained him. The mother of the suspect also gave the officers the suspect’s jacket, which revealed a knife.<\/span>\u00a0A computer check on the suspect revealed that he was on probation. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
