Responding officers located the suspect, who was bloodied and appeaered to be agitated as well as heavily intoxicated. The victims reported that the suspect had a history of \u00a0pounding on their door in the middle of the night and bothering them. Earlier, the victims confronted the suspect regarding nails that had been put into their vehicle. An argument ensued and the suspect punched one of the victim. The second victim fought off the suspect in an attempt to protect the injured victim. After further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">suspect was cited and transferred for a mental health evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vandalism to Property &#8211; Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 11:39 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1800 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to Irving Pizza regarding a fight. The victim reported that the suspect and his friends were not customers but were lingering around the area reserved for the restaurant&#8217;s patrons. The victim confronted the suspect and told them to leave the area. The suspect and his group left only to return shortly with a cup of known liquid. The suspect threw the contents of the cup and the unknown liquid on to the food and various other items in the store. The victim followed the suspect until the police arrived. After further investigation, the<\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">\u00a0suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2:50 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 600 Plymouth Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim stated that the suspect, his wife, had punched him on the head after an argument about his late work schedule and money. The suspect then confronted the victim about returning to drug usage. The victim also stated that the suspect took his car keys because he wanted to leave and that the suspect also attempted to hit him but missed. Additional statements from the victim, however, became confused and conflicted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The suspect responded that they had an argument because the victim was late coming home but denied hitting the victim. \u00a0After further investigation, the initial statement from the victim and based on a prior domestic incident arrest,<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vehicle Violation \u2013 No License\u2019s Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:55 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Sunset Blvd &amp; Rivera St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been expired since February. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Discharging Firearm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 12:18 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 00 Broad St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of shots being fired. The witness stated that a vehicle was observed parked in front of the drive way with several males and females in an argument. The witness then heard two shots. Responding officers were unsuccessful in locating additional witnesses or victims to the reported incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Violation of a Stay Away \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 5:22 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1100 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a known suspect in violation of a court order. The victim told the officer that the suspect had walked in front of his store then fled the scene. The victim told the officers that the suspect is suppose to stay 50 yards away from him. Officers located the suspect at 7:00 pm <span style=\"color: #993300;\">and arrested him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:02 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 2400 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that a group of skateboarders were using the rail of a home directly across the street to skate on. The victim confronted the suspects and told him to leave. In return, the suspect spat at the victim&#8217;s face before immediately getting into a vehicle and leaving the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Embezzlement \u2013 Fake Identification \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 8:53 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1500 Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a possible identity theft. The witness, an employee at a car rental agency, reported that one of the rented vehicles had not been returned. While investigating the associated paperwork, it was believed that the suspect may have used a fake ID to gain access to the rental vehicle. The witness remotely disabled the vehicle and located it with two suspects still inside. \u00a0Responding officers made contact with the suspects and detained them. The first suspect presented an ID to the officers that was immediately identified as a fake, due to it&#8217;s texture and visible anomalies. A search also revealed a bag filled with paperwork and personal information from multiple victims. \u00a0After further investigation, the <span style=\"color: #993300;\">first suspect with the fake ID was arrested<\/span>. The second suspect was released. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Vandalism &#8211; Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 6:38 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Tenderloin District<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">TNT officers received information of a domestic violence suspect who had vandalized a victim&#8217;s vehicle and also had a warrant for his arrest.
