Threats \u2013 Resisting or Delaying Officer Duties – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 200 Montana St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a restrain order violation. The victim stated that he had recently obtained a restraining order against the suspect, his brother, but it had not yet been served. Earlier, the suspect arrived at the victim’s home and began yelling profanities and threatening to harm the victim. The victim’s father became upset and the victim went to confront the suspect. While confronting the suspect, the victim’s father came down the stairs which prompted the victim to immediately rush over to the father. The suspect took this opportunity to slip past the victim and enter the house. Responding officers attempted to detain the suspect who refused to comply with the officer’s orders. The suspect was eventually detained and after further investigation, the suspect was later arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
