The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The computer check also revealed that the driver had a previous citation for driving with a suspended license. <\/span><span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> and his vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 1:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> Lincoln Way &amp; 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> The victim entered Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim stated that he was walking to work when an unknown suspect, who was walking ahead of him, suddenly turned around and punched the victim on his shoulder and cheek. The victim fell to the ground and was uncertain if he lost consciousness briefly or not.
