Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Clarermont Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. Responding officers arrived and observed that the victim was on the ground and unconscious. The officers made contact with the victim who reported that he and the suspect, his friend, were drinking at a bar earlier in the evening. The suspect decided to drive home while drunk and the victim tried to stop him. A fight ensued with the victim grabbing the suspect and punching him in an attempt to make him drop his keys.\u00a0<\/span>The witness confirmed that they heard yelling and saw the two subjects fighting. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1800 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of a suspect yelling profanities while inside a store. The witness, an employee, reported that the suspect was asked to leave the store but he refused and continued to yell profanities. The witness also observed that the suspect had store merchandise in the side of his backpack. The witness asked for the merchandise back but the suspect refused. As the suspect was turning to leave, the witness was able to retrieve the merchandise. Responding officers located the suspect, who was next door. After further investigation, the<\/span>\u00a0suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 18th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she had been out walking in shorts and a t-shirt earlier. When she returned home and was starting up the stairs, she suddenly felt something on her hips before her shorts were forcibly pulled down and someone grabbed at her buttocks. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Domestic Violence<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2 reported incidents with the suspect of both incidents arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
