Vehicle Burglary \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Probation Violation \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:02 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Lincoln Way & 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of an auto burglary. The victim reported that he had parked his vehicle in his driveway and went into the house to sleep. Shortly after, the victim went to investigate a loud noise and found that the passenger window of his car had been shattered. A witness also reported that she observed that the suspect was standing by the vehicle earlier and walked away. The suspect was then seen returning to scrape away the broken glass with a pair of gloves and rummaging through the vehicle. <\/span><\/p>\n

Responding officers successfully located the suspect based on the description given by the witness. The suspect was later confirmed to be the correct individual by both the victim and witness. The suspect was detained and a computer check revealed that he had two warrants for his arrest and was currently on probation. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers made contact with the victim and two of his friends, who were near the vicinity of a large house party with approximately 100 people in attendance. The victim stated that they arrived at the party but they approached the house, the suspect immediately opened the garage door and started punching the victim. The suspect then walked back in to the house and returned shortly with a group of his friends before chasing the victim away. <\/span>The suspects eventually stopped chasing the victim and walked away from him.<\/span><\/p>\n
