Trespassing<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1200 Funston Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a suspect sleeping on private property. The suspect was recognized has having received numerous advisements against trespassing in the past and for refusing provided information and resources for his situation. A witness, a construction worker from a nearby apartment, also approached the officers and stated that the suspect had also entered their property multiple times and walked through the hallways or creating a mess. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Lake Merced Blvd & Brotherhood Way<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident with an unlicensed driver. The victim stated that the driver had hit her from behind while she was stopped at a stop light. The officers made contact with the driver and a computer check confirmed that the driver did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Great Hwy & Judah St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he was walking down the street when he felt an unknown object suddenly pressed into his lower back. The victim then heard a voice behind him but could not understand the words. However, believing that he was being robbed, the victim raised his hands up and felt the suspect take his property from his pockets before the suspect fled. The victim stated that he did not see the object that was held against him and did not know if it was a gun. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
