Assault on a Police Officer \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Delong St & Crystal St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to assist an officer who had been following a vehicle that was involved in an armed robbery. A plain clothes officer, a sergeant, reported that the suspect had exited his vehicle and attempted to flee through multiple back yards by jumping their fences after the robbery. The sergeant also stated that he had arrived on scene with his SFPD star in view and that the suspect had immediately tried to run him over, causing the sergeant to jump back into his vehicle to avoid being struck.\u00a0<\/span>Numerous units surrounded the area and set up a perimeter. After a systematic search of the area, the suspect was located and arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Winston Dr & Stonecrest Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that had failed to yield to a pedestrian who was walking inside a marked crosswalk at an intersection. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended because she had missed a court date. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Taraval St & 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n The victim entered Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim reported that he was sitting in his vehicle when the suspect came up to him and asked to use his cell phone. The victim replied that the suspect couldn’t use the phone, which caused the suspect to angrily punch the victim several times in the face. The victim stated that he loss consciousness and the suspect had fled the scene by the time he regained consciousness.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n One incident of domestic violence was reported, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
