Brandishing a Weapon \u2013 Possession of a Weapon in Public \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 9:28 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 700 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report concerning threats at a Starbucks. The witness reported that the suspect was observed moving brass knuckles from one pocket to another pocket. The victims stated that the suspect had brandished the brass knuckles and stared at them in a threatening manner. Responding officers were assisted by the University of California San Francisco PD and located the suspect, who was seated outside of the store. \u00a0The suspect admitted that he had placed the brass knuckles into his bike pouch but stated that he had found them in the park. The suspect was advised that it was illegal to possess brass knuckles.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 17th Ave & Rivera St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed an intoxicated male holding on to a can of beer. The officers made contact with the subject for a well being check. A computer on the subject revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Santa Monica.\u00a0<\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 10:14 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Noriega St & 24th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle pulling out of a parking spot and continuing to drive down the street without turning on it’s headlights.\u00a0<\/span>The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic violation \u2013 Possession of a Prohibited Weapon – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 12:17 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Ocean Ave & Dorado Ter<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a subject, who was wearing a backpack with a shiny object clipped to it, walking in the middle of the street. The officers saw that the object was metal knuckles and arrested the subject for being in possession of an illegal weapon. The officers also\u00a0<\/span>conducted an arrest search and found marijuana inside the subject’s backpack. After further investigation, the subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
