Battery – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had walked into a restaurant to order food and was engaged in an argument with the suspect, who was really eating inside the restaurant. The victim stated that the suspect, who was a local security guard, had punched him and had also disrespected him because the victim was homeless. The suspect responded and stated that he was eating in the restaurant when the victim suddenly came up to him and started yelling at him. The suspect denied ever hitting the victim but admitted to raising his hands to protect himself when the victim invaded his personal space. After further investigation, t<\/span>he<\/span> suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers were investigating the battery in an earlier incident, which occurred at 4:00 pm, and a computer check on the victim revealed that he had a warrant out of San Mateo County. The victim was arrested<\/span> for the warrants.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officer responded to a report from a third party caller about a robbery. The caller stated that her husband had been sitting in a vehicle with two unknown subjects and she had texted him to ask what was happening. The husband responded and said that he was being robbed. Responding officers arrived and made contact with the husband, who stated that he was not being robbed and that he and the other occupants in the vehicle were just talking. A computer check on all the occupants reveled that one of them had a warrant for her arrest. The occupant was arrested for the warrant. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
