Traffic Violation \u2013 No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration tab. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that driver’s license had been expired since 2015. The drier had also been previously cited for driving without a valid license<\/span>. The driver was cited<\/span> and his vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nTNT officers observed a black, four door, Honda Civic slowing down at an intersection but failing to make a complete stop at the posted stop sign at the intersection. The officers also recognized that it matched the description of a vehicle that had been previously used to commit numerous crimes. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended and that she had a warrant for her arrest out of San Mateo. The driver had also had been cited previously, for a total number of six times, for driving with a suspended license. The vehicle’s passenger admitted to having marijuana and pills in his backpack. A computer check on the passenger revealed that he had been arrested previously for the possession of a firearm. A search of the vehicle located a loaded firearm that was hidden on the passenger’s side of the vehicle, two handkerchiefs which were tied as if they had been previously used to cover faces and illegal narcotics.\u00a0<\/span>Both occupants of the vehicle were arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
