Battery \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had gotten off of the MUNI at the same time as the suspect when the suspect punched the victim’s head twice, once on the back and once in the face before the suspect walked away. The victim stated that he did not know the reason for the battery and that he did not provoke the suspect. \u00a0<\/span>Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Contra Costa.<\/span><\/p>\n
